By engaging with BrightMargin Language School, you are entering into a formal agreement governed by the laws of Turkey. These terms ensure a high-standard learning environment for all students and staff.
01. Interaction Standards
Access to brightmargin.online and our physical facility at İstiklal Caddesi is conditional upon your agreement to use our resources for lawful educational purposes only. BrightMargin Language School operates with a zero-tolerance policy regarding harassment, digital piracy of course materials, or any activity that disrupts the academic progress of others.
Users must provide accurate information during the enrollment process. Any falsification of records or misuse of student portals will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
The Enrollment Clause
"Enrolling in a course constitutes a financial commitment. BrightMargin reserves the right to modify course schedules or instructors to maintain educational quality standards."
Intellectual Property & Ownership
Course Assets
All curriculum outlines, digital worksheets, video lectures, and proprietary teaching methodologies are the exclusive property of BrightMargin Language School. Distribution is strictly prohibited.
Trademarks
The "BrightMargin" name, logo, and "Hard Borders" design aesthetic are protected trademarks. Any unauthorized use in commercial or personal projects is subject to legal action.
User Content
By submitting assignments or participating in forums, you grant BrightMargin a non-exclusive license to use anonymized portions of your work for internal academic optimization.
Fiscal Accountability
at BrightMargin
Transparency is the cornerstone of our administration. All fees for courses must be paid in full prior to the start of the term unless a specific corporate payment plan is in place.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before course commencement are eligible for a 90% refund (10% administrative fee applies).
Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date are non-refundable but may be converted into school credit for future terms.

Limitation of Liability
BrightMargin Language School provides educational services "as is." While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific employment outcomes or exam results (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS) through the mere use of our platform. We are not liable for external technical failures, internet outages, or disruptions caused by third-party software used during our online sessions.
IN NO EVENT SHALL BRIGHTMARGIN LANGUAGE SCHOOL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
Severability
If any part of these terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
